Purchase Process

Contact us to start the process

Call or email us to tell us what claim or claims you're interested in. We will discuss the details with you and send you a sales agreement to sign and return to us. We will need a copy of your ID to fill out the quit claim deed for the claim transfer.

Arrange and complete payment for your claim. Once payment is received, we will file the quit claim deed with the County and the BLM to transfer the claim into your name. Once filed, you will receive a copy of the quit claim deed.

Claims are paid thru September 1st, 2026. After that you are responsible for the $200 annual maintenance fee due to the BLM by September 1st. (Or $15/year by filing small miner's waiver.) Click the link below for more information:
