Purchase Process

Email us to start purchase process

Email us to tell us what claim you are interested in and provide your information and phone number for contact. We will call you to discuss details and then email you a sale and purchase agreement to sign and return.

Arrange and complete payment for your claim. Once payment is received, you will receive an email that includes your receipt, a map of your claim, GPS coordinates for the 4 corners of the claim, and a copy of the quit claim deed being filed to transfer the claim to you.

In 2-3 weeks you will receive your claim packet in the mail. It will contain hard copies of the emailed items as well as the location notice and location map for your claim.

Claims are paid thru September 1st, 2026. After that you are responsible for the $200 annual maintenance fee due to the BLM by September 1st. (Or $15/year by filing small miner's waiver.) Click the link below for more information:
