Claim ownership will be transferred to you via a quit claim deed once payment is received in full. The transfer will be recorded with the local County Treasurer as well as with the Arizona Bureau of Land Management per state law. Claim ownership grants you full control over all minerals on the claim as long as you maintain ownership with the BLM by paying an annual maintenance fee of $200 by September 1st of each calendar year.
