Gold In Grams 2 is a 20 Acre Placer Claim located just outside of Wilhoit in a scenic, historically gold-rich area of Yavapai County. The popular, gold-bearing Hassayampa River runs through the claim providing seasonal water and sometimes there is water present during other parts of the year depending on rainfall. You are purchasing an unpatented mining claim, which includes all interest in the claim. The claim is staked and marked according to Arizona mining laws. Claim ownership will be transferred to you via a quit claim deed once payment is received in full. The transfer will be recorded with the local County Treasurer as well as with the Arizona Bureau of Land Management per state law.
