About Us
As prospectors ourselves, our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable mining claims so everyone can experience the adventure of prospecting. While some claim locators just re-stake forfeited claims, we conduct extensive research to find historically mineral-rich areas that haven't been claimed or mined in decades...sometimes 50-75 years or more.
When we find a promising area, we utilize BLM data, old mining maps, geological surveys, Master Title Plats, lidar reports, and more to make sure the land is available for staking and that it has good mineral-bearing potential. The next step is to puts boots on the ground and visit the locations to see if they are worth staking. If we don't make a discovery on the claim, we don't stake it. Once a valid mineral discovery is made, the claim is professionally staked and marked per Arizona mining laws. We use high quality signage, including "No Prospecting" signs, and white wooden corner posts so the claims are clearly marked and easy to identify.
Many of our claims are near current or past producing mines and some claims even have old mines on them. We look for claims with the following features: water or creeks, old mine shafts, tailings, washes, exposed bedrock areas, benches, prospect pits, quartz veins, and other key mineral-bearing features. We make grass roots discoveries on claims and leave further prospecting and developing to you. That means you could find a old mine or huge vein on your claim that has never been discovered or that hasn't been worked in 100 years. That's part of the adventure and opportunity we offer with our claims.
When looking to buy a claim, some people think that the more a claim costs, the better it is. Just because a claim costs more money to buy doesn't mean it's a better claim. When it comes to buying your own claim, what matters most is that there's evidence of high mineralization present, that the locators knew what geological indicators to look for, and that a valid mineral discovery was made. We check all those boxes when locating our claims, so why pay more money?
Despite the extensive time we invest in researching and staking the claims, we don't charge high prices for them. We offer beautiful claims in mineral rich areas for reasonable prices. Our mission is to help others experience the fun and adventure of prospecting on their very own claim. We love prospecting and want to provide a chance for others to learn to love it as well.
